This slow-paced class uses restorative floor yoga poses, held for an extended period, to create a deep stretch in the muscles of the legs, back, hips and shoulders. These deeply restorative poses to help calm the central nervous system and leave you feeling completely relaxed and restored. This class is appropriate for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis and is taught by a certified teacher.
