French-born, open-minded and enthusiastic, Christine’s life journey to wellbeing is led by yoga and cooking. Through her experiences, she has found her recipe for balance and peace. While living in France, Canada and the United States, Christine has practiced several styles of yoga with many teachers. With the guidance of her yoga mentors, she obtained her 210-hour teacher certification in Hatha yoga. She is an experienced teacher with Yoga Alliance E-RYT/YACEP, affiliated with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and certified in both Yoga for Cancer and Laughter Yoga. Hatha yoga builds strength, flexibility, and helps students take the time to sit and be, through a holistic path including asana, pranayama, mudras and meditation.
