Dominique has been practicing yoga since 2013. She believes in the importance of a strong mind-body connection and uses yoga to cultivate that connection within herself. Dominique favors a slower paced flow, when it comes to yoga. She likes to give students the opportunity to connect their breath to their practice so that they may feel deeper physical alignment. Dominique received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in the winter of 2019. She is excited to have the opportunity to share her own practice with others.
