Kat Harmon 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Dance Instructor
As a dancer/dance teacher for 20+ years and a yoga teacher for 10 years, Kat realized the importance of movement. Not only for the well-being of the physical body but also for the mental and emotional body. Music is also another tool we can use to process emotions through movement. Plus it's fun! Kat also loves to bring energy work into her practices introducing students to the chakras and how they play a big part in how the body wants to move.
