FOUNDATIONAL FLOW:  Build strength, stability, and confidence in your yoga practice through this thoughtfully paced class. You'll explore essential postures linked with intentional transitions, with a strong emphasis on breath awareness. Each movement is guided by the rhythm of your breath, helping you develop alignment, presence, and a solid foundation for sustainable practice both on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels.

STRENGTH & STABILITY:  A well-rounded class blending seated and standing postures to build balance, mobility, and overall strength. Designed to enhance stability and increase range of motion, this class also supports greater flexibility as a natural byproduct of developing strength and control. Accessible for all levels with the ability to transition from floor to standing with ease.

SLOW FLOW RELEASE:  This calming, mobility-focused class blends slow, mindful movement with deep stretch holds to release tension, enhance flexibility, and support optimal movement patterns. This class is designed to help you move with greater ease, balance, and awareness—on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a nurturing and functional approach to movement.

STEADY FLOW:  A mixed-level vinyasa class that blends breath and movement at a mindful, steady pace. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, this practice offers accessible options for all levels, encouraging you to move with intention, ease, and confidence. Suitable for all levels.

 

HEATED STEADY FLOW:  A mixed-level vinyasa class that blends breath and movement at a mindful, steady pace. Practiced in a heated room (90–95 degrees), this flow helps warm the body, increase flexibility, and support a deeper release. Designed to build strength, focus, and resilience, this practice offers accessible options for all levels, encouraging you to move with intention, ease, and confidence. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

HEATED POWER FLOW:  A faster-paced vinyasa practice in a heated room (90–95 degrees) that links movement with breath while building strength, stamina, and flexibility. Dynamic sequences and longer holds elevate your heart rate, enhance endurance, and improve balance, while the heat deepens flexibility and supports detoxification. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

DEEP STRETCH:  Enjoy the rejuvenating effects of a deep stretch practice as you slow down and shift from noise to silence.
