Myofascial Release + Yoga with Sandy Raper

Release & Flow: Myofascial Release & Yoga is a guided workshop exploring the benefits of self-myofascial release (SMFR) and its role in enhancing yoga practice and overall movement quality. Sandy will lead you through practical techniques to release tissue adhesions and restrictions, supporting greater ease, mobility, and balance in the body.

The workshop integrates SMFR with mindful movement to help optimize the body’s vital systems, preparing you to move, breathe, and practice with greater freedom and awareness. Participants will gain both a felt experience and a clear understanding of how and why release work supports sustainable movement.

Each participant will receive a set of Recovery Rounds by RAD, used during the workshop and available for continued personal practice. Ideal for yoga practitioners and teachers seeking sustainable movement support.
