Yoga for Bone Health

Join Katie Hay, Yoga Therapist and specialist in healthy aging, for an empowering workshop on bone strength and balance. Drawing from the evidence-based research of Dr. Loren Fishman, you'll learn specific yoga postures proven to stimulate bone growth and support bone density, especially for those managing osteopenia or osteoporosis. You'll also gain practical tools to improve balance and reduce fall risk—critical for long-term health. Assess your personal balance, connect with your sensory and vestibular systems, and practice movements that support healthy neuromuscular aging. Leave with a clear understanding of which postures to prioritize and a path forward for stronger bones and better balance.
