Stress is everywhere, yet, how do we learn to recognize it and better yet, what do we do about it? This two hour workshop will support you in learning how to check in with the nervous system and to better manage chronic stress. Through reflection, discussion, and practice, you will learn practical tools to integrate into your daily life and leave with a deeper understanding of how to nurture the nervous system. Whether you are new to these concepts or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers valuable insights and techniques to enhance your well-being through breath, mindfulness, and asana.

Springtime/Easter Yin

Restorative Candlelight Experience

Join us for a candlelight experience that is an invitation to slow down, soften, and restore through a deeply nourishing recovery practice.
