Mother's Day Weekend Promo

This Mother’s Day weekend, we invite all SoFul Members and current class-pass holders to bring their Mom, the person who made them a Mom, or a Mother-like figure to join us for a FREE class! Join us for our regularly-scheduled classes on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10. Please note, class capacity is 30.

 

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure time to register and settle in for a beautiful practice together.  Let’s honor the special women in our lives and find connection through yoga and/or Pilates Mother's Day weekend.

If your guest does not already have a MindBody account, we encourage them to create one before coming to the studio!

Yoga for Bone Health

Join Katie Hay, Yoga Therapist and specialist in healthy aging, for an empowering workshop on bone strength and balance. Drawing from the evidence-based research of Dr. Loren Fishman, you'll learn specific yoga postures proven to stimulate bone growth and support bone density, especially for those managing osteopenia or osteoporosis. You'll also gain practical tools to improve balance and reduce fall risk—critical for long-term health. Assess your personal balance, connect with your sensory and vestibular systems, and practice movements that support healthy neuromuscular aging. Leave with a clear understanding of which postures to prioritize and a path forward for stronger bones and better balance.
